HelloPackage is an Atlanta-based PropTech company transforming package, mail, and delivery logistics for high-density real estate. We serve multifamily, student housing, HOA, mixed-use, and commercial properties by converting underutilized spaces into secure, technology-enabled logistics hubs. The company was founded through the Georgia Tech Flashpoint program in response to three converging trends: the growth of high-density living, the surge in eCommerce deliveries, and advances in AI and computer vision. As package volumes rose, property teams were being pulled away from leasing and resident service to manage cardboard, driver confusion, and delivery exceptions. Legacy lockers and manual package rooms were not built to scale. HelloPackage addresses this challenge through a full-service, AI-powered platform that combines computer vision, structured delivery driver management, secure access control, and layered remote and onsite support. Our solution increases package density, improves retrieval speed, strengthens chain of custody, and removes operational burden from onsite teams. Today, HelloPackage supports more than 200 communities and over 55,000 units, including customers among the NMHC Top 20. Our mission is to decouple package and delivery volume from property payroll, improve resident experience, and help owners turn an operational pain point into modern infrastructure aligned with NOI growth.
