HelloPackage
HelloPackage is an Atlanta-based PropTech company transforming package, mail, and delivery logistics for high-density real estate. We serve multifamily, student housing, HOA, mixed-use, and commercial properties by converting underutilized spaces into secure, technology-enabled logistics hubs.
The company was founded through the Georgia Tech Flashpoint program in response to three converging trends: the growth of high-density living, the surge in eCommerce deliveries, and advances in AI and computer vision. As package volumes rose, property teams were being pulled away from leasing and resident service to manage cardboard, driver confusion, and delivery exceptions. Legacy lockers and manual package rooms were not built to scale.
HelloPackage addresses this challenge through a full-service, AI-powered platform that combines computer vision, structured delivery driver management, secure access control, and layered remote and onsite support. Our solution increases package density, improves retrieval speed, strengthens chain of custody, and removes operational burden from onsite teams.
Today, HelloPackage supports more than 200 communities and over 55,000 units, including customers among the NMHC Top 20. Our mission is to decouple package and delivery volume from property payroll, improve resident experience, and help owners turn an operational pain point into modern infrastructure aligned with NOI growth.
MUJIN CORP.
Mujin develops machine-intelligence technology that transforms industrial robots from rigid, pre-programmed machines into autonomous, perception-driven systems capable of operating reliably in dynamic environments. The company’s core platform, MujinOS, is a real-time robotics operating system that integrates 3D vision, environment mapping, multi-objective motion planning, physics-based simulation, and autonomous error recovery.
Traditional automation depends on static robot programs that require extensive engineering and fail under variation. Mujin replaces this with a hardware-agnostic “automation brain” that computes collision-free trajectories on demand, adapts to SKU variability, and optimizes robot behavior using live sensor data and throughput constraints. This enables automation of tasks too complex for conventional systems, including mixed-SKU depalletizing, dynamic piece picking, high-speed palletizing, and trailer/container unloading.
By decoupling intelligence from robot hardware, the MujinController reduces engineering hours, shortens deployment cycles, and improves long-term maintainability for system integrators and end users. The platform includes deterministic safety controls, digital-twin simulation, task-level APIs, perception pipelines, and monitoring tools that allow advanced automation to run continuously with minimal human intervention.
MatchGrant
MatchGrant was founded in Atlanta, Georgia, to solve one of the largest inefficiencies in the social impact economy: access to funding.
In the United States alone, over $100 billion in foundation grants are distributed annually, yet millions of nonprofits struggle to access this capital due to fragmented information, complex application processes, and limited internal capacity. Smaller organizations — often delivering critical community services — are disproportionately excluded.
MatchGrant was co-created alongside more than 50 nonprofit organizations to redesign the grant process from the ground up. Rather than acting as another database, the platform functions as an intelligent operating system for grant funding.
Organizations build structured profiles describing their programs and impact areas. MatchGrant’s AI analyzes this data alongside grant criteria, historical funding behavior, and organizational alignment signals to generate prioritized funding opportunities and assist with execution.
Since launch, MatchGrant has gained paying customers across the nonprofit sector and is growing recurring revenue while continuously improving matching accuracy through real-world usage data.
The broader opportunity extends beyond nonprofits. MatchGrant is building infrastructure that can serve:
Nonprofits seeking funding
Foundations seeking better discovery of high-impact organizations
Government and SLED entities managing grant distribution

Ditch Technologies, Inc
Ditch Technologies is a consumer fintech startup on a mission to help Americans get out of debt faster, automatically.
We built Ditch because the personal finance industry has largely ignored the 80% of Americans carrying consumer debt. Existing tools budget, track, and advise but they don't act. The result is that millions of people know they need to pay down debt but struggle to do it consistently. Ditch removes that friction entirely.
Our platform connects to users' financial accounts and automates debt payoff through round-ups on everyday transactions and autonomous payments, so progress happens in the background without the user having to make a single manual decision. Debt payoff becomes a default behavior, not a discipline.
Founded and headquartered in Georgia, Ditch is led by a team with deep roots in fintech and consumer technology. We see consumer debt not just as a financial problem, but as a generational one, and we've built our product around that insight.
The opportunity is significant. Americans collectively carry over $1 trillion in credit card debt alone. Ditch is positioned at the entry point of personal finance for a generation that is debt-first, not savings-first, and building the infrastructure to meet them there.

Pull logic Inc.
Pull Logic is an Atlanta-based supply chain technology company and Georgia Tech spinout focused on improving product availability across complex distribution networks. The company was founded to address a common challenge for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers: products are often unavailable where customers need them, even when inventory exists elsewhere in the network.
Industries such as equipment manufacturing, electrical and lighting, and retail operate through multi-node supply chains that include factories, warehouses, dealers, distributors, and stores. Limited visibility across these networks often leads to lost sales, excess inventory, and inefficient planning decisions.
Pull Logic helps organizations gain a forward-looking view of demand and inventory across these distributed networks. The platform integrates data from ERP systems, channel partners, inventory positions, and sales activity to provide a unified view of demand signals and inventory health.
This allows companies to better align production, replenishment, and inventory placement with real market demand. Customers use Pull Logic to improve service levels, guide dealer and channel inventory decisions, reduce excess inventory, and uncover revenue opportunities previously hidden due to stockouts.
Pull Logic works with companies including Yanmar, TYM Tractors, and CNH Reman, helping them improve availability, reduce unproductive inventory, and strengthen supply chain decision-making.

Sola Insurance
Over the past 25 years, wind/hail has surpassed hurricanes as the costliest natural disaster in total insured losses (Aon). Annual losses have grown from roughly $5B to approximately $50B. Meanwhile, the frequency and severity of events have remained relatively flat. The traditional, contractor-led, subjective process incentivizes over-replacement and fraud. Losses rise, premiums and deductibles follow, and homeowners ultimately bear the cost. Today, home insurance is heavily reliant on contractor-driven inspections and subjective claims handling. This structure incentivizes over-replacement and fraud, inflating losses year after year. Carriers have responded with higher premiums, higher deductibles, more exclusions, and reduced coverage. In many markets, wind/hail deductibles now exceed the cost of replacing a roof, undermining one of the core value propositions of homeowners insurance. Sola saw an opportunity to rebuild the insurance product, underwriting, and claims process itself. We designed a wind/hail policy around objective weather verification and a data-driven claims model. By removing subjectivity from underwriting and claims, we materially reduce fraud exposure and improve loss performance. That structural efficiency allows us to offer affordable coverage with no wind/hail deductible, enabling homeowners to fully replace a hail-damaged roof with no out-of-pocket expense.
